These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fehm mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Fehm ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fehm. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide during registration is accurate.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at support@fehmapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. What Fehm Is — and Isn't

Fehm is a personal record-keeping tool. It helps you track money you choose to log — expenses, income, loans given or taken, and voluntary charitable giving (Sadqa). It is important that you understand:

• Fehm is not a bank, is not connected to your real bank accounts or cards, and does not move, hold, or have access to your actual money.
• Fehm is not a licensed financial advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions about your money remain entirely your own responsibility.
• All totals, balances, and calculations shown in the app are only as accurate as the information you enter. We're not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete entries.

4. Sadqa & Religious Content

Fehm includes a feature for voluntarily logging charitable giving (Sadqa), along with reflections drawn from the Quran and Hadith about the virtue of charity. This content is provided for personal reflection and record-keeping purposes only — it is not a religious ruling (fatwa) and should not be treated as a substitute for guidance from a qualified Islamic scholar. We take reasonable care to source this content accurately, but for any specific religious question, please consult a qualified scholar directly.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Fehm offers Free, Basic, and Pro subscription tiers with different feature limits.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies — we don't process refunds directly, as we never receive your payment details.
• We may change subscription pricing or tier features going forward; if we do, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its backend systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of normal use
• Upload content through feedback or receipts that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter and any images you upload (receipts, feedback screenshots). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you as part of the Service. We don't claim ownership of your financial data or uploaded files.

8. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion at any time from within the app. Deletion follows a 30-day grace period during which you can restore your account by logging back in — after which your data is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

The Fehm name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our branding or code beyond normal use of the Service as intended.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as described above.

11. Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We work to keep Fehm reliable, but we don't provide warranties beyond what's required by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fehm and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any financial decisions made based on information recorded in the app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
