Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Fehm account and all associated data at any time — whether or not you currently have the app installed.

Option 1: Delete directly in the app (fastest)

If you still have Fehm installed, this is the quickest way:

• Open the Fehm app and log in
• Go to More → Settings → Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion request

Your account is immediately deactivated. For 30 days afterward, your data is retained but inaccessible — if you log back in during this window, your account and all your data are fully restored. If 30 days pass without logging back in, your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Option 2: Request deletion by email (no app required)

If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer not to log back in, email us at support@fehmapp.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include your registered username or email so we can locate your account.

We'll process your request and confirm once it's complete — typically within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Once your deletion is finalized (either path above), we permanently delete:

• Your account, profile, and login credentials
• All wallets, expenses, income records, loans, and Sadqa entries you've logged
• Any receipts or images you uploaded
• Your notification and device data

Some minimal data (such as an anonymized record that a deletion request was made, with no data connecting it back to you) may be retained briefly for fraud prevention and legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
